For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below. These definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary policies incorporated by reference.

Access to and use of the yolo4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You represent and warrant that you meet all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. yolo4d strictly enforces a 21+ policy. Users found to be under 21 will have their accounts immediately suspended and any funds held pending identity verification and, where appropriate, returned to the deposit source.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not expressly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction. yolo4d does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You must not be acting under any legal incapacity, guardianship, or court restriction that prohibits participation in gambling activities.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any given time. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.
• No Problem Gambling Restrictions: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the yolo4d Platform or any affiliated gaming network at the time of registration or continued play.
• Own Funds: You must be wagering with funds that you lawfully own and that are not the proceeds of any illegal activity. yolo4d reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation at any time.

To place bets or access any wagering product on yolo4d, you must register a personal Account. The following provisions govern the registration process and ongoing account obligations.

• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): yolo4d may request identity verification documents at any stage, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or during routine compliance reviews. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address and source-of-funds documentation may also be requested.
• Password Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. yolo4d will not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Account Security Alerts: You agree to notify yolo4d immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting our support team via the channels listed in the Contact section below.
• Account Ownership: Your Account is personal to you and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise convey your Account or any funds or entitlements within it to any third party.
• One Account Per Household: yolo4d permits only one Account per household. Where multiple accounts are identified at the same physical address, yolo4d reserves the right to review and, if necessary, close the additional accounts and consolidate or forfeit balances at its discretion.

yolo4d supports a range of local and international payment methods tailored to the Indonesian market. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform.

• Supported Deposit Methods: yolo4d currently accepts deposits via Indonesian bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata), and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary; the current list is displayed at the time of transaction.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotional offer. yolo4d reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds with notice.
• Deposit Processing Time: Bank transfers to yolo4d typically credit within 5–15 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00 WIB). E-wallet top-ups generally credit within 2–5 minutes. yolo4d is not responsible for delays caused by the User's bank or payment provider.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to Users who have completed the KYC verification process. Unverified accounts may deposit and play but cannot process withdrawal requests until identity documents are approved.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business hours during WIB business hours (09:00–17:00 WIB). Complex cases, large amounts, or those flagged for additional review may take longer. yolo4d targets a maximum processing time of 24 hours for standard verified withdrawals.
• Withdrawal to Deposit Source: For anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, yolo4d requires that withdrawals be returned to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any surplus profit may be withdrawn via the User's nominated bank account following verification.
• Currency: All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). yolo4d does not charge currency conversion fees for IDR transactions. Any conversion fees imposed by the User's bank or e-wallet provider are the User's own responsibility.
• Suspicious Transactions: yolo4d reserves the right to delay, block, or reverse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, associated with money laundering, or in breach of these Terms. Users involved in suspicious transaction activity may have their accounts suspended pending investigation.

yolo4d offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to these general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus credit is subject to wagering requirements before it may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier (e.g., 25x, 30x) is stated on each promotion page. Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount unless otherwise explicitly stated.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%). Game contribution rates are published on the relevant promot ion page.

• Bonus Abuse: yolo4d actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using arbitrage strategies to exploit promotional offers, and coordinated betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements. Confirmed bonus abuse may result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings, and permanent account closure.
• Withdrawal During Active Bonus: If a User requests a withdrawal while an active bonus is attached to their account, yolo4d reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings generated from that bonus prior to processing the withdrawal.
• Promotional Changes: yolo4d reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already activated by a User in good faith.

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on the yolo4d Platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, togel draws, bandar bola (football bookmaker markets), sabung ayam (traditional cockfighting) markets) are published separately on the relevant product pages.

• Bet Acceptance: A wager is only valid when it has been accepted and confirmed by the yolo4d system. Confirmation is displayed on screen and recorded in the User's bet history. Bets submitted but not confirmed — due to connectivity issues, system errors, or insufficient balance — are not valid wagers.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all wagering products and vary by market, game type, and account tier. Limits are displayed at the point of bet placement. yolo4d reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts without prior notice.
• Odds and Prices: Sports odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until a wager is confirmed. yolo4d operates on a best-price basis for pre-match markets. Live in-play odds fluctuate in real time; the odds at the moment of confirmed bet acceptance are final.
• Voided Bets: yolo4d reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error in pricing or market data has occurred. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the User's Account. Winnings resulting from manifest pricing errors are not payable.
• Match and Event Postponements: If a sports event is postponed, cancelled, or abandoned before the minimum play time required to settle a market, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific sport rules.
• Game Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game or slot session, all affected bets for that round are voided and stakes are returned. yolo4d is not liable for losses incurred due to network interruptions on the User's side.
• RNG Certification: All casino games, slot titles, and togel draw mechanisms on the Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Results are statistically random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by any party, including yolo4d.

yolo4d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The following tools and obligations apply to all Users.

• Age Policy: yolo4d strictly enforces a 21+ age restriction. Any User who provides false age information during registration will have their account permanently closed and any funds held will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period. Limit reductions take effect immediately.

• Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the prior written consent of yolo4d.

• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. yolo4d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon.
• yolo4d shall not be liable for losses resulting from events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: telecommunications failures, internet outages, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party payment processor delays.
• Users access and use the Platform entirely at their own risk. Gambling carries inherent financial risk. yolo4d accepts no responsibility for gambling losses incurred on the Platform.

yolo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any User Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions or any supplementary policy.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed involvement in fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or use of automated betting software (bots) not expressly permitted by yolo4d.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the User with their bank or payment provider without first contacting yolo4d support.
• User request for account closure, which will be processed within 5 business days. Verified balances at the time of closure will be returned to the User's registered payment method.

Upon termination, yolo4d may retain personal data for the period required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations and financial record-keeping obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which yolo4d holds its international operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

yolo4d operates as an internationally licensed platform. Indonesian Users acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Indonesia are complex and that they are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation under Indonesian law. yolo4d makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling for Users in specific jurisdictions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and yolo4d with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
