The following terms are used throughout this Privacy Policy with the meanings set out below.

• "Personal Data": Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person — directly (e.g., name, email address) or indirectly (e.g., device ID, IP address, account number).
• "Processing": Any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, recording, storage, use, disclosure, erasure, or destruction.
• "Data Controller": yolo4d, which determines the purposes and means of processing your Personal Data.
• "Data Processor": Any third party that processes Personal Data on yolo4d's behalf (e.g., KYC verification providers, payment processors).
• "User" / "You": Any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform.
• "KYC": Know Your Customer — the mandatory identity verification process conducted before withdrawals are approved and during routine compliance reviews.
• "Cookie": A small data file placed on a User's browser by the Platform to enable session management, analytics, and personalisation functions.

yolo4d collects personal data through three primary channels:

• KYC & Identity Verification Providers: Licensed third-party services that verify your identity against government databases and official documentation sources. These processors are contractually bound to use your data solely for the verification service.
• Payment Processors: Banks and e-wallet platforms (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) receive only the financial data necessary to process your specific transaction.
• Fraud & AML Detection Services: Specialist providers that analyse transaction patterns and flagged activity to detect money laundering, bonus abuse, and other financial crimes. Data shared is limited to trans action metadata and account behaviour signals.
• Game Content Providers: Studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft receive anonymised session tokens to deliver game content. They do not receive your identity or financial data.
• Regulatory and Law Enforcement Authorities: Where required by applicable law, a valid court order, or a regulatory compliance obligation, yolo4d may disclose personal data to competent authorities. We will notify you of such disclosure where legally permitted to do so.

• Where personal data is transferred internationally, yolo4d ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place — including contractual clauses that impose equivalent data protection obligations on the receiving party.
• All server infrastructure used by yolo4d is subject to industry-standard physical and logical access controls. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption. Data in transit is protected by TLS 1.2 or higher.
• Third-party processors located outside Indonesia are selected only if they can demonstrate an equivalent level of data protection to that maintained by yolo4d itself, verified through due diligence prior to engagement.
• By using the Platform, you expressly consent to the transfer of your personal data to yolo4d's international servers and to the international processors described in Section 5, subject to the safeguards outlined above.

yolo4d retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable legal, regulatory, or contractual obligations.

• Active Accounts: Personal data associated with an active Account is retained for the full duration of the account relationship and for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with international AML record-keeping standards.
• KYC Documents: Identity verification documents (e.g., copies of KTP or passport) are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of verification or from the date of account closure, whichever is later.
• Transaction Records: All deposit and withdrawal records in IDR/Rp, including the associated bank account or e-wallet details, are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to comply with financial record-keeping obligations.
• Wagering History: Bet records, game session logs, and win/loss histories are retained for three (3) years from the date of the transaction, after which they are anonymised or securely deleted.
• Communications Data: Support tickets and live chat transcripts are retained for two (2) years from the date of the interaction, unless the subject matter relates to an ongoing dispute or compliance investigation.

Note that third-party game studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, etc.) may set their own cookies within their game iframes; yolo4d does not control those cookies and recommends reviewing each studio's privacy documentation.

Subject to applicable law and certain legal limitations (such as AML record-keeping obligations that may prevent immediate deletion), you hold the following rights with respect to your personal data held by yolo4d. To exercise any right, contact us at the details in Section 13.

yolo4d will respond to all verified rights requests within 30 calendar days of receipt. Where a request is complex or numerous, we may extend this period by a further 60 days, with notice provided to you within the initial 30-day window.

The yolo4d Platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any individual under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you must not use the Platform or submit any personal data to yolo4d.

• If yolo4d becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 without verifiable parental consent, we will immediately suspend the associated Account, delete the data in question, and return any deposited funds (after deducting any withdrawals already processed) to the payment source.
• Parents or guardians who believe their child has accessed the Platform and submitted personal data should contact our support team immediately at [email protected] so that the matter can be resolved without delay.
• yolo4d employs KYC age verification as a mandatory step in the withdrawal process. This acts as a secondary safeguard against underage account holders accessing and withdrawing gambling proceeds.

• Your Responsibilities: The security of your Account also depends on you. Keep your password confidential, use a strong and unique password, and contact yolo4d immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

yolo4d reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable law, or the structure of our Platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will always reflect the date of the most recent revision.

• For material changes — those that significantly affect how your personal data is used or your rights in relation to it — yolo4d will provide advance notice via email to your registered address at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
• For minor or administrative changes (such as updated contact details, clarifications of existing practices, or corrections of typographical errors), the revised Policy will be published on this page without separate advance notice.
• Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any updated Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.
